Is managed project administration the same as hiring a project administrator?
No. A project administrator is employed or contracted into your organisation. Attenta Partners delivers an agreed service, with defined outputs and a named lead overseeing the work.
How is managed project administration priced?
The service is scoped as a monthly retainer after reviewing meeting volume, reporting cycles, registers, document load, access and response times. The proposal sets out the agreed service and its boundaries.
Can managed project administration be delivered remotely?
Yes. The service is delivered remotely through client-owned systems during agreed UK working hours, with access appropriate to the work.
Which systems can Attenta Partners work in?
The service can use the client’s existing Microsoft 365 environment and established project tools, subject to access, security and licensing. Records remain in the client’s chosen systems.
How quickly can the weekly service start?
The start date depends on the agreed scope, system access, templates and any backlog requiring review. Attenta confirms a mobilisation plan after looking at the meetings, records and reporting cycle.
Who reviews the work?
A named Attenta delivery lead oversees the service and is the client’s main contact. The client’s designated people approve minutes, determine project status, accept risks and make technical, legal and commercial decisions.
What happens if the project records are already behind?
Any existing backlog is assessed separately from the ongoing service. Attenta identifies records that can be corrected from reliable evidence, items requiring confirmation from owners and information that remains incomplete. The mobilisation plan records the work needed to bring the records into order.
Can the service expand when the project becomes busier?
Yes. The output list and capacity are reviewed before the scope changes. Additional meetings, workstreams, reports or document volume may require a revised retainer or the wider Project Office Partner service.
What is outside the service?
The service does not include accountable project management, engineering decisions, legal or commercial advice, final approvals or work requiring a regulated or specialist technical role.
