Who we are

Attenta Partners is a trading name of K. Lam Executive Support Ltd (company number 17011921), registered office 5 Cuthered Mews, Coulsdon, England, CR5 3FH. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated, cookieless page-view and daily visitor reporting. Query strings are removed before reporting and the private CV re-upload route is excluded. Optional Google Analytics loads only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner. It helps us understand page views and broad enquiry actions such as contact-button, email and outbound-link clicks. Neither service is used for advertising. If you contact us by email, we process the details you choose to share, such as your name, organisation and message, in order to respond to your enquiry.

If you register your interest in careers with us, we process the information you submit in the registration form and CV, such as your contact details, work history, location, availability and preferred ways of working. Please do not send passport details, dates of birth, health information or references at this stage.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to and manage your enquiry and any resulting engagement. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Career-registration details are used to assess whether your experience may match an upcoming Attenta Partners project. We do not send your CV to a prospective client without contacting you and obtaining your agreement first.

CV files are held in private Microsoft Azure storage and scanned for malware before review. If a CV is missing, rejected or unsafe, we retain the candidate registration, record the reason and send a secure link so the candidate can upload a replacement.

Sharing

We do not share your data except with trusted service providers who help us operate, including Microsoft Azure and our website hosting provider, under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. The Candidate Operations SQL database is hosted in Microsoft Azure's Sweden Central region in the European Economic Area; CV storage and processing are hosted in Azure's UK South region.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and our legitimate business and legal requirements.

We normally retain career registrations for up to six months from receipt. We may ask whether you want us to keep your details for longer; you can ask us to update or delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
