Stop rebuilding the same project report every week
If the project manager is chasing updates across Teams, Excel, minutes and supplier reports, AI can pull the agreed sources into a first draft and show what is missing before the manager reviews it.
Where does the first draft come from?
It can come from the schedule extracts, RAID log, action tracker, minutes, supplier reports and milestone updates the team already approves. Each part of the report points back to a named source. If two updates disagree or information is missing, the draft shows the problem instead of quietly making an answer up.
- A first draft of the weekly delivery summary or monthly highlight report.
- Board-pack narrative and exception notes for the project manager to review.
- Suggested risk, action and decision-register updates, never automatic changes.
- A short what-changed note with links back to the source material.
Who still decides the project status?
The project manager, risk owners and senior leaders do. AI prepares and compares the information; it does not own the milestone, choose the RAG status, change a forecast or decide what to escalate. The responsible people challenge the draft and approve the final pack.
What can Attenta offer now?
Attenta Partners can assess the reporting process, define a safe first workflow and run a human-reviewed pilot as part of its managed project-office service. The separate Attenta delivery copilot is still in development, so we will not publish time-saving or production-readiness claims until a client-specific pilot has proved them.

Good fit
Use Attenta Partners when your team knows what it wants AI to do, but not how to make it safe and repeatable.
- A project team that rebuilds the same weekly or monthly report by hand.
- A PMO lead who has the source updates but loses hours turning them into one narrative.
- A renewable-energy or infrastructure team that needs each statement traced back to a project source.
Boundaries
What AI will not do.
- Letting AI decide the project status, risk rating or forecast.
- Promising time savings before the current reporting effort has been measured and a pilot has run.
- Using private correspondence or confidential files that are outside the agreed source list.
FAQ
Questions teams ask before putting AI into live work.
Can AI create a project board pack?
It can prepare a first draft from approved project information. A responsible person must verify the narrative, status, risks, actions and decisions before the pack is issued.
Will every statement link to a source?
Source traceability is a design goal for the workflow, but it must be tested against the client's document formats and reporting template. Attenta Partners does not promise complete citation coverage before a pilot proves it.
Does this replace a PMO or project manager?
No. It reduces preparation work around reporting. The PMO, project manager, risk owners and decision-makers keep their authority and review responsibilities.
Is the Attenta delivery copilot available now?
The product remains in development. Current client work starts with a scoped assessment or human-reviewed pilot, with production scope agreed only after evidence and security review.
