Outer Dowsing survey team recognised at the TotalEnergies UK HSSE Awards
The Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind survey team has won Best Environment Improvement at the TotalEnergies UK HSSE Awards in Aberdeen. The award recognises a hybrid geotechnical survey approach, combining deep-push cone penetration testing with boreholes, that roughly halved vessel time at sea and cut fuel use and carbon emissions.
The project's consents team was also named runner-up for Best Sustainability Improvement for its delivery of the Development Consent Order examination that led to February's consent decision.
