Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind granted development consent by the UK Government
The UK Government granted development consent for Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind on 10 February 2026. The decision was made on behalf of the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero.
GT R4 Limited submitted the application in March 2024. The Planning Inspectorate examined it and sent its recommendation to the Secretary of State in July 2025.
