AI in the operating layer: what we automate, and what we never will
We use AI where it improves control: turning meeting notes into action logs, comparing registers, drafting reporting packs, mapping workflows and cleaning SOPs around a client's existing systems.
What we never do is hand judgement to a machine. Sensitive work stays inside agreed access rules, and a person remains responsible for what gets sent, filed, escalated or presented to senior people.
The point is not automation for its own sake. It is faster, cleaner delivery with the same accountability you would expect from a senior operator.
