Plan the workspace around the work

We first map the project stages, regular meetings, document types, approval points and people who need to work together. From that, we agree a simple folder and library structure, Teams channels, action or decision lists, templates and access groups. Your Microsoft administrator retains control of the tenant and makes final security decisions.

Can Attenta Partners set up our Microsoft 365 environment from scratch?

We can design and configure the project-office elements of a new Microsoft 365 workspace, including Teams, SharePoint libraries, templates and working registers. Your authorised Microsoft administrator remains responsible for tenant, licensing and security administration.

How do you handle data security and access controls?
